The Briefing

A local agency asked our help to organize an event for investors of a prestigious car brand, in the framework of the launch of a new vehicle of this company. The event did not have to be just a formal presentation of the product, but a memorable experience for all attendees.

Internal meeting followed by a fun berbecue, enjoying nature

On this occasion, the chosen venue was a winery located in the heart of the Penedès, in a natural environment surrounded by vineyards. A 450-hectare space that fused the values of tradition and modernity and which reflected the progress that has lived the company from its inception until today. Guests were welcomed outside the farmhouse with a tasting of freshly squeezed juices. Then they entered the interior of the farmhouse where they were presented the details of the technical characteristics of the vehicle. At the end of the product presentation, the attendees enjoyed a fun barbecue surrounded by the impressive vineyards.

Wine tasting & some adrenaline

After lunch, guests enjoyed an exclusive tour through the cellars: they visited the farmhouse and the interior of the cellars and did a wine tasting in one of the most spectacular rooms of the venue. As a finishing touch, we organized a route in buggies and quads among the vineyards, where attendees were able to admire and learn about the history of the place accompanied by expert winemakers. A fun way to end the day!
