A consultancy business asked us to design a team-building activity so that their employees could live the values of the company whilst discovering Barcelona.

18 Challenges, 18 corporate values

For them, we created the concept of The Human Job, based on the film The Italian Job. We built a narrative in which the employees, divided into teams, had to face 18 trials linked to the 18 corporate values whilst travelling Barcelona on foot, bike and in Mini Coopers.

The great heist Opening the strong box

Only if all the groups were able to overcome the 18 challenges were they able to execute the great heist – opening the strong box that hid within the main value of the company.
