The briefing - 170 employees - 3 days of experiential activities

With the purpose of celebrating a biannual congress of an American company, we were asked to design a social program for the participants and their companions lasting 3 days. We created an experience program during the international congress to allow the attendees and their companions to discover Barcelona, the Catalan gastronomy and its culture.

Sagrada Familia and Gothic quarter

Moreover, they could enjoy of an exclusive tour of the Sagrada Familia, the Liceu Opera House and the Palau de la Musica with a private concert for the attendees, and a private walking tour of the gothic quarter visiting unique locations such as Barcelona Cathedral, Santa Maria del Mar or the Picasso Museum.

Discovery Penedès A day between the vineyards

The group discovered the Penedès region with a private walking tour through the vineyards followed by a visit of one of the most singular wineries in Catalunya. They had the chance to taste different varieties of wines and typical products of the region before an exceptional lunch between the vineyards.

Chocolate workshop

The participants had the chance to go in depth into the chocolate's world hand in hand with the Master baker Oriol Balaguer who taught them the techniques and treatments of this liquid gold.
